First National Real Estate Bribie Island offices have been established for over 40 years and specialize in Residential Sales & Property Management.
Our offices are located at:
Sales Office - 17 Benabrow Avenue, Bellara - first Real Estate office across the bridge
Rentals & Sales office - 71 Welsby Parade, Bongaree - first Real Estate office along the waterfront (Welsby Parade).
We are open 7 days a week for both sales and property management (including holiday rentals).

First National Real Estate Bribie Island is a Residential Sales Agency. Our Sales Department pride themselves to be a friendly and professional sales team committed to providing honest and exceptional services to all clients. The team combine a wealth of local and real estate knowledge, to offer you with a positive real estate experience. Our team is currently made up of 4 Sales & Marketing consultants, 1 Sales Administrator and 1 Office Administrator. We list and sell vacant land, development sites, units, townhouses, houses, businesses and acreage properties. All sales listings consist of exclusive agencies, sole agencies or open listings and are conducted via private treaty negotiations, public auction or tender.

First National Real Estate Bribie Island is a Residential Sales and Property Management agency. Unlike many real estate agencies, our office does not consider Property Management to be less significant to sales. Our office recognizes the high value of professional Property Management and will keep a keen focus on ensuring our reputation as leaders in the Property Management field is well known to all. We currently have 2 Property Managers and 7 Rental Assistants & Holiday Rental Consultants working closely with our landlords and tenants. Property Management is limited to residential properties, holiday rentals and a small number of commercial properties. We only list properties to let that have a signed Management form from our office.

Both of our Real Estate offices are up to date with computer technologies, programmes and internet facilities, utilizing them to improve and develop real estate on Bribie Island and surrounding areas.
Through continuous training and fully computerized systems our staff stay in touch with ever changing real estate legislation. We ensure that all of our buyers, sellers, owners and tenants are also kept up to date with current legislation.
