Bongaree is the largest township on Bribie Island and the hub of its history.  The foreshore has been redeveloped and upgraded giving locals and visitors a wonderful place to relax.  The jetty has been extended with floating pontoons and upgraded parklands making Bongaree a perfect place to holiday.  Bongaree maintains a village feel with many wonderful restaurants, cafes and home to the local RSL and Bowls Clubs.

Bellara

Woorim

Crossing over to the Eastern side of the Island is the community of Woorim.  Although largely undeveloped with bush on three sides and the Pacific Ocean on the other Woorim is a popular destination.  It has a local retail centre for convenience needs, safe patrolled swimming beach and 4WD access to the 30km surf beach, the local Hotel and Surf CLub and the infamous Bribie Island Golf Course.

Banksia Beach

The Pacific Harbour development at Banksia Beach offers the last deep water canal frontage property, a fact that will ensure property in this suburb will continue to appreciate.  With fantastic views of the Pumicestone Passage, Banksia Beach awaits the completion of the new Marina.  The Community Arts Centre and the Bicenntenial garden tracks along with access for 4WD's to the National Park are all part of this suburb's appeal, not to mention the new Golf Club with world class facilities and challenging course.

White Patch

Although White Patch is a stones throw away from Banksia Beach it is a wonderfully secluded suburb of Bribie Island surrounded by National Park.  Properties at White Patch are majority acreage, many of which are situated with views of shrub-lands and the Pumicestone Passage.  White Patch has its own Art Gallery that often displays the works of local artists.
